• Suspected security incidents
• Serious safety concerns
• Retaliation connected with a previous report
• Other serious concerns

Reports are handled through info@elavew.com by authorised members of the appropriate Elavew team and may be shared only with Legal, Privacy, Security or other personnel who need the information to investigate or respond.

Elavew will handle reports as confidentially as reasonably possible, but information may need to be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to investigate or respond to the concern.

You may submit this report without providing your name or email address. However, submitting anonymously may limit Elavew’s ability to request further information, investigate the matter fully or provide you with updates.

Elavew prohibits retaliation against any person who raises a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation.

If you believe you have experienced retaliation connected with a report, you may raise that as a separate concern.

Accepted reports receive a report reference and a secure tracking credential. Save both when they are shown. Anonymous reporting may limit Elavew’s ability to request further information or provide updates.
